ART CONTEST

The Eastern European Congress of Ohio sponsored an Art Contest at Carylwood Intermediate School.  Carylwood is part of the Bedford City School District (Cuyahoga County) serving the communities of Bedford, Bedford Heights, Walton Hills and Oakwood.

Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Graders participated in the contest.  Thanks to Mrs. Ann Laslo, Fourth Grade teacher at Carylwood, and our judges: Mayor Stanley Koci, City of Bedford, Joseph Mestnick, Bedford City Schools Board Member and Debra Hladky, MMC, Clerk of Council, Village of Oakwood.

Monetary prizes were given to the winners!   First and Second place winners have their art work displayed in the Map Room of the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus.
